Our Therapy Process

  • From the moment you reach out, we begin our matching process.

Within 24-48 hours, our staff will follow up with you via email or phone to:

    • Explain next steps

    • Answer questions

    • Send initial paperwork

If you already know which clinician you’d like to work with, or have a clear preference around identity, experience, or specialty, we’ll take that into account.

If you’re unsure who would be the best fit, that’s completely normal. Many clients begin this way.

In those cases, we may offer:

    • A brief discovery call, or

    • An initial session with George, our Clinical Director

These conversations help us understand who you are, what you’re navigating, and what kind of support will serve you best. Matching is never random, it’s intentional and rooted in the whole picture of your needs.

  • Once you’re matched with your clinician, therapy begins.

Your first few sessions include an intake process, not as a one-time appointment, but as a collaborative phase of therapy. Over multiple sessions, you and your clinician will work together to:

    • Understand your history and current challenges

    • Explore patterns, relationships, and nervous-system responses

    • Clarify goals and priorities

    • Begin shaping a personalized care plan

  • As therapy continues, your clinician will support you using an integrative, whole-person approach tailored to your life.

If additional support–such as coaching for executive function, ADHD-related challenges, nutrition, or day-to-day life organization–could be helpful, it may be introduced later as a collaborative part of care.
