Esther brings a strong foundation in social work and child and family welfare, with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families in navigating complex life circumstances while promoting safety, stability, and emotional wellbeing. Her work has focused on helping individuals and families build resilience through crisis intervention, relapse prevention, and the development of practical skills such as emotional regulation, coping strategies, communication, and parenting support.

Esther earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from McGill University in Canada and her Master of Social Work from the University of British Columbia. She has received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and has experience working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and posttraumatic stress. Her clinical work is grounded in a trauma informed and strength based perspective, recognizing the ways that personal history, family dynamics, and broader life systems shape emotional experience.

In her work with clients, Esther focuses on creating a safe, collaborative space where individuals and families can explore their experiences with curiosity and compassion. She believes therapy is a process of understanding one’s story more deeply while developing the tools needed to move forward with greater clarity, stability, and self awareness.
