Holistic, Integrative, & Relational Therapy

There’s More to Your Story. Let’s Make Room for All of It.

What Brought You Here Is Only the Beginning of the Story.

Anxiety, burnout, relationship patterns, emotional overwhelm, or the sense that something in your life needs to change can be shaped by your history, relationships, nervous system, identity, and the demands of daily life.

At Michigan Wellbeing, we offer integrative, relational therapy that helps you understand what is happening beneath the surface and find ways forward that feel meaningful in your actual life.

Start with a free 15-minute discovery call to meet a therapist, ask the questions on your mind, and get a sense of whether the connection feels right.

We support youth, adults, couples, and families with:

  • Anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm: Persistent worry, panic, perfectionism, irritability, difficulty resting and the sense that your mind or body never fully settles.

  • Depression, grief and disconnection: Low mood, exhaustion, loss of motivation, loneliness, emotional numbness and difficulty feeling connected to yourself.

  • ADHD, autism and neurodivergent experiences: Executive functioning, masking, burnout, sensory needs, and understanding a new or possible diagnosis.

  • Relationships, attachment, & family life: Communication, conflict, trust, intimacy, parenting, changing family roles, and patterns that leave you feeling unseen or disconnected.

  • Culture, identity and belonging: Cultural and family expectations, migration, faith, sexuality, gender, LGBTQIA+ experiences, and the search for belonging.

  • Life transitions, meaning, and personal growth: Career changes, parenthood, divorce, aging, burnout, spiritual identity, questions of purpose, and exploration of who you are and who you are becoming.

Not sure what kind of support you need? We can start with a conversation and figure out the next step together.

What to Expect as We Get to Know You

  • A conversation about fit: Begin with a free 15-minute discovery call to ask questions and meet a therapist. We may suggest a few clinicians, and you are welcome to speak with more than one before deciding.

  • Time to understand your experience: Initial sessions explore what brings you in, your history, strengths, relationships and what you would like to be different.

  • Goals developed together: You and your therapist agree on treatment goals and discuss approaches, session frequency and ways to recognize what is helping.

  • Work that carries into daily life: Sessions may include reflection, emotional processing, communication work and practical strategies to explore between appointments.

  • Ongoing collaboration: You revisit the plan together and, with your permission, consider relevant coordination with other members of your support team.

Meet virtually from a comfortable, private space that works for you. Our team offers weekday and weekend appointments, with availability varying by clinician. We will help you explore a schedule and therapist whose experience fit your needs.
